Key responsibilities (text) The logistics teams are playing a crucial part in our store operations. They enable a successful shopping experience for our customers by ensuring that our products are in the right place at the right time. The day-to-day tasks are physically demanding and involve a great deal of (safe!) manual handling. Who needs the gym!?
You will be working closely with your co-workers to ensure that large volumes of products are unloaded, replenished, and picked for our customers.
We expect you to take responsibility to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your co-workers, and our customers. At IKEA, we call this position Goodsflow or Logistics Co-worker.

Local section (title) CONTRACT INFORMATION & SHIFT PATTERNS
Local section (text) We have two areas in our warehouse – Self Serve and Full Serve. For the Full Serve part of the Warehouse you will be trained in how to drive a forklift track and also be paid an extra hourly allowance of 0.92 pence on top of the hourly rate of £9.50
Self serve is more front of house dealing with customers and condensing and replenishing the aisles ready for new stock to be put out
