Location: Home working with some travel within regional area and to London and Leeds offices

Salary: Pay Band D (£27,045- £29,170)
We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Engagement Officer to join our team at the National Engagement Service.
In this role you will:
- Be confident in all forms of communication to build and maintain professional and trusted relationships with our internal and external stakeholders, including HR Directors and Trade Unions;
- have the ability to collate, summarise and articulate complex information on behalf of and for our stakeholders and programme leads;
- work autonomously and be a credible and trusted ambassador for the National Engagement Service;
We are looking for someone with experience of working within the Human Resources profession. This experience will enable you to effectively deliver high quality HR director and deputy director regional networks and social partnership forum meetings, and evidence your credibility with senior leaders in the profession.
You will bring the full suite of skills required to provide high quality secretariat support for the networks, to include securing speakers, preparing agendas, note taking and action follow up.
A key strength will be your ability to identify best practice, themes and solutions that can be shared and influence policy development and the resources the programme leads produce to support our stakeholders.
