Badenoch + Clark are working alongside a thriving Sussex based employer to recruit a HR & Culture Manager.

This role involves joining a growing business and playing an integral part in embedding the company culture and leading on HR matters.

You will take responsibility for the initiatives that bring our client’s fun and vibrant culture to life. Facilitating various communities you will be the person driving positive and sustainable actions. Additionally you will be the point of contact for day to day queries from the HR team ensuring things can progress in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
*Working alongside the Head of HR you will implement and maintain the Company’s Culture and Values across the organisation, ensuring it can scale as the business grows
*You will build the strategy and approach for each of their communities, including but not limited to; Environment, Charities & Community, Wellbeing and Diversity & Inclusion
*Build an internal brand to provide direction for all internal communications, with a particular focus on sharing information regarding community initiatives
*Effectively communicate and mentor employees on company’s values and principles
*Provide in-house training and coaching to all staff to upskill and embed good practice in the areas of Diversity and Inclusion
*Review internal policies and processes to ensure compliance with the Equality Act, D&I strategy, best practice in areas of environmental and social responsibility
*Work with key stakeholders to really embed any initiatives launched and ensure they are adding value to the business and employees

Skills

*Motivated individual who can be the brand ambassador for the company
*Experience of working directly with and reporting to senior client stakeholders, including being able to identify and resolve issues directly or escalate as appropriate.
*Generalist HR experience and good knowledge of employment law.
